Undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation in the summer of 2024, Dutchman’s Pipe Golf Club redefines the private club experience with a 7,281-yard Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, world-class practice facilities, and unmatched amenities. Designed for playability, aesthetics, and sustainability, the course features strategic green complexes, gently rolling fairways, diverse landforms, and water features that enhance both visual appeal and gameplay. Bimini fairways and Tif Eagle greens—selected for their adaptability to the climate—ensure optimal playing conditions year-round.

The elite practice facilities include a 2-acre short game area with three championship-caliber greens, five strategically placed bunkers, and elevation changes that replicate real-course scenarios. A 310-yard driving range offers four precision target greens, and a dedicated wedge matrix area calibrated to PGA Tour proximity averages. Completing the experience, a 10,000-square-foot putting green provides a tournament-speed surface for mastering every putt.
