Red Ledges, the Newest Private Golf and Recreation Community in Utah announces opening in July 2009

HEBER CITY, Utah – Red Ledges, a private golf and four-season recreational community located in Heber Valley, Utah, just 15 minutes outside Park City, will officially open their 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in July 2009. The community first started construction and opened for sales about 18 months ago.

Over the past year, Red Ledges has completed all needed aspects of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in order to open the course in July 2009. Jack Nicklaus was able to visit Red Ledges twice this past summer and provided his final direction for the golf course. Red Ledges has laid all the seed and sod and has announced that the course was green before the first snows of winter hit Utah. The world-class golf course offers stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains, with holes situated on rock cliffs and in juniper groves.  

In addition, Red Ledges has completed all the roads and infrastructure for phase one and the first custom home is under construction with several other homeowners in the process to begin building over the next six months. Red Ledges has also recently opened the first model home of The Cottages, a home-ownership option that will provide buyers with the luxury of owning their own home along with the convenience of low-maintenance living.
